Mount Si is where it all started. This program is in it's third year and is the most developed of the rest. We are able to offer the two different class types both the Structured Operation 36® program and the High School Accelerator.

Junior Program: 7 - 18 year olds

Structured Operation 36 Program

Best Putt Forward Academy is structured using the Operation 36® Junior Development Program. To ensure your student gets the focused attention they need our classes run at a 5:1 student to teacher ratio. This program is structured with the goal to get juniors shooting par (36) or better for 9 holes. Yes! We have juniors in our program as young as 7 years old who have shot par for 9 holes from 100 yards.


Basic Level Provides

  • 1 hour weekly lessons
  • 6 levels juniors work through.
  • 12 core skill competencies in each level juniors must master before moving on to the next level.
  • Access to Mobile App to record and track progress.
  • A tangible reward system in the form of a bag tag.

Adjusted Operation 36 Program

The Best Putt Forward Golf Academy uses the Operation 36® framework to structure this program. Players will progress through an accelerated version of our academy classes with additional training geared towards the high school player and tournament golf. Players who join this program need to be self motivated, driven and ready to work hard on their games. In addition to Operation 36® training materials students will utilize Trackman® and video training during classes.


Class Focus

  • Gaining a deeper understanding of what makes a successful shot by learning how club and body mechanics controls ball flight.
  • Working in a structured environment with an instructor to improve game deficiencies.
  • Learning how to practice effectively and with purpose.
  • Learning how to create and implement a practices plan.
  • Developing a tournament schedule.
