Best Putt Forward Academy Policies

The following information govern Best Putt Forward Academy's operations.

Registration

  • Registration secures a student’s spot for the semester; however if spots are available and a student wants to join mid-semester fees will be pro-rated.
  • We understand at certain times of the year there may be schedule conflicts. We are more than willing to work around those so please reach out through email or phone to work through any circumstances not covered in the above registration policy.

Attendance

Class

  • If a student misses more then four classes and is unable to make them up credit will be given minus any fees or expenses Best Putt Forward has incurred.

Match

  • We send out two reminders on the weeks there are matches. If a cancellation is not submitted at least 24-hours before a match there will be no refund. This policy is due to the high cost of issuing refunds or vouchers to those who do not cancel ahead; we are still required by the courses to pay for tee spots without a 24-hour notice of cancellation

Matches

We encourage all of our golfers to walk each hole when they play as part of Fitness and Nutrition; however, we understand for those playing from 100 yards and closer this can increase pace of play due to the amount of walking between tee boxes. For this reason, kids may riding in carts between tee boxes but we want to encourage kids to walk once they tee off. Courses have offered carts to parents of students at a discounted rate and parents are welcome to use carts even if their kids walk.
